       The Thailand and West Indies cricket teams came to the WACA Perth WA for the 2020 ICC Womens T20 World Cup ,it is Thailands first International game ,what they lacked in experience they made up for it in enthausism ,skippers  Sornnarin Tippoch  and Stefannie Taylor made their way to the centre for the toss it was Thailands skipper that called it and elected to bat .Coming out to open for Thailand is Nattakan Chantham and Nattaya Boochatham  ,the opening bowlers for the Windies are Chinelle Henry and Sahmilia Connell .The Thai openers started off slowly ,unfortunately in the third over Nattaya Boochatham played a shot and out caught of the bowling of Chinelle Henry for 2 runs ,Thailand are now 1/7 ,the batter to the crease is Nannapat Koncharoenkai ,but 1 over later it was opener Nattakan Chantham that was walking off after being caught of the bowling Samilla Connell for 9 runs,Thailand are now 2/11 in the fourth over.The new batter to the crease is Naruemol Chaiwai who with Nannapat Koncharoenkai added 35 runs in their partnership ,but unfortunately Naruemol Chaiwai played a shot straight to a fielder and out caught of the bowling of Ansia Mohammed for 13 runs ,Thailand are now 3/46 in the twelveth over.The next batter to make her way out to the centre is Chanida Sutthiraung ,this partnership added 10 runs to the total before Chanida Suttiraung was out after she hit the ball back to the bowler and was out caught and Bowled for 3 runs off Hayley Matthews ,Thailand are now 4/56 .The new batter to the crease is the skipper Sornnarin Tippoch ,this partnership lasted for only for 7 balls before the skipper was out after being cleaned bowled for 1 run ,Thailand are now 5/60 in the sixteenth over ,the next batter to make her way to the crease is Onnicha Kamchomphu ,unfortunately this partnership only lasted for 4 balls before she was caught of the bowling of Stefanie Taylor for a DUCK ,Thailand are now 6/60 in the sixteenth over.Wongpaka Liengprasert is the next batter to make her way out to the centre ,this partnership only added 8 runs before Nannapat Koncharoenkai was out caught of the bowling of Afy Fletcher for 33 well made runs ,Thailand are now 7/68,the new batter to the crease is Ratanaporn Padunglerd and together this partnership added 1 run before Wongpaka Liengprasert was run out for 4 runs ,thailand are now 8/69 with 8 balls remaining .The next batter is Suleeporn Laomi this partnership added 9 runs before on the last ball it was Suleeporn Loami that went down the pitch to play a ball and missed and was out stumped  for 7 runs ,Ratanaporn Padunglerd remained not out on 2 runs ,Thailand made 78 runs off their 20 overs .Keeper Nannapat Koncharoenkai was the stand out batter making 33 runs while Windies bowler Stefanie Taylor picked up 3 wickets while Connell ,Henry,Fletcher Mohammed and Matthews each picked up a wicket a piece.

        Windies openers  Hayley Matthews and Lee-Ann Kirby made their way out to the centre to face up to Thailands opening attack ,the openers added 19 runs before there was a misunderstanding and Lee-Ann Kirby was heading back to the pavillion after being run out for 3 runs ,the Windies are now 1/19 in the fifth over,the next batter to come out to take centre is Windies skipper Stefanie Taylor ,this partnership only lasted for 8 balls before Hayley Matthews was cleaned bowled for 16 runs ,the Windies are now 2/24 ,Deandra Dottin is the incoming batter this partnership only added 4 runs before another misunderstanding saw Deandr Dottin being run out for 2 runs,the Windies are now 3/27.Keeper Shemaine Campbelle is the next batter to come out and join skipper Stefanie Taylor and together this partnership saw the West Indies take the win with Stefanie Taylor on 26 runs not out while Shemaine Campbelle ended up on 25 runs not out.The best of the Thailand bowlers was Soraya Lateh who picked up a wicket,this is a great moment for Thailand cricket as its the first International .
