             The Tasmanian and Western Australian women’s  team are here at the WACA ground for the opening WNCL One dayer ,the two skippers Chloe Piparo and Elyse Villani made their way to the centre for the toss ,it was Junior Villani who won the toss and elected to bat putting WA into the field .The WA skipper threw the new ball to Charis Bekker while Chloe Ainsworth opened from the other end ,coming out to open for the Tassie Tigers is Lizelle Lee and Elyse Villani ,these 2 openers put on a 47 run partnership in the 8 over’s before Lizelle Lee went lbw to Amy Edgar for 19 runs off 27 balls ,the Tigers are now 1/47 .Coming out to join Junior Villani is Nicola Carey ,this partnership added 14 runs before the skipper was out caught off the bowling of Lilly Mills for 25 runs of 30 balls faced ,the Tigers are now 2/61in the 10^th over .The next batter to the crease is Naomi Stalenburg  ,over the next 4 over’s this partnership added 16 runs before Naomi Stalenburg was cleaned bowled by Lilly Mills for 4 runs off 11 balls faced ,the Tigers  are now 3/77 in the 15^th over. The new batter to the crease is Emma Manix-Geeves  this partnership over the next 6 over’s  put on 29 runs before Nicola Carey was out caught off the bowling of Amy Edgar for 21 runs off her 33 balls ,the Tassie Tigers are now 4/106 , Tabatha Saville is the next batter to make her way to the crease ,over the next 10 over’s this partnership added 27 runs to the total before Emma Manix-Geeves played at a  ball and was out caught off the bowling of Zoe Britcliffe for 26 runs off 51 balls ,the Tigers are now 5/133. Molly Strano is the new batter to the crease ,this partnership over the next 9 over’s put on 34 runs to take the total to 167 before Molly Strano was out caught and bowled by Chloe Ainsworth for 19 runs ,the Tigers are now 6/167 in the 40^th over ,the new batter coming out to the centre is Lauren Smith and together with Tabatha Saville added 34 runs before Tabatha Saville’s innings came to an end after being cleaned bowled for a well made 46 runs off her 76 balls ,the Tigers are now 7/201 in the 45^th over . Hayley Silver-Holmes is the new batter ,this partnership only lasted 4 balls before Lauren Smith was out caught off the bowling of Lilly Mills for 13 runs off her 19 balls, the tigers are now 8/203 ,the next batter to the crease is Julia Cavanough ,this partnership ended when Julia Cavanough was out caught and bowled for 5 runs off the bowling of Lilly Mills, the Tassie Tigers are now 9/219 .Maisy Gibson is the new batter to the crease and was cleaned bowled for a Duck ,the Tassie Tigers are all out in the 49^th over for 219 runs .Lilly Mills was the best bowler picking up 5 /46 off her 9.5 overs ,Tabatha Saville was the best batter hitting a well made 46 runs of 76 balls faced .

     Coming out to open for the Western Australian team was the skipper Chloe Piparo with keeper Maddy Darke ,for the Tassie Tigers the new ball was thrown to  Hayley Silver-Holmes  and Julia Cavanough .The WA openers started well adding 20 runs to the total but then in the fourth over the WA skipper Chloe Piparo was cleaned bowled by Hayley Silver-Holmes  for 13 runs off 20 balls faced ,WA are now 1/20 ,Amy Edgar is the next batter to the crease ,this partnership added 12 runs to the total before Maddy Darke edged a ball and was out caught for 5 runs off the bowling of Molly Strano ,WA are now 2/32 .Mathilda Carmichael is the next batter to the crease and over the next 8 over’s this partnership added 27 runs to the total before Mathilda Carmichael went lbw to Maisy Gibson for 12 runs off 28 balls ,WA are now 3/59 13^th over . Mikayla Hinkley is the new batter making her way to the crease to partner Amy Edgar  ,this added 6 runs to the total over the next 5 over’s  before Amy Edgar was out caught of the bowling of Lauren Smith for 29 runs of 27 balls faced ,WA are now 4/65 ,Lisa Griffith is the next batter to come to the crease ,this partnership added 15 runs but Lisa Griffith went out lbw to Maisy Gibson for 11 runs off her 21 balls ,WA are now 5/80 .Chloe Ainsworth is the next batter to the crease and over the next 9 over’s this partnership added 25 runs  to the total but Mikayla Hinkley played at a ball and was out caught off the bowling of Lauren Smith for 24 well made runs ,WA are now 6/115 in the 28^th over .Lilly Mills is the new batter to the crease ,over the next 2 over’s this partnership added 35 much needed runs before Lilly Mills was out for 2 runs when she was cleaned bowled by Nichola Carey,WA are now 7/126 .Zoe Britcliffe is the incoming batter ,together with Chloe Ainsworth they took the total to 126 runs before Zoe Britcliffe was out caught of the bowling of Molly Strano for 10 runs off her 17 balls ,WA are now 8/141 and in deep trouble .Charis Bekker made her way out to join Chloe Ainsworth ,this partnership added 15 runs before Charis Bekker was out caught and bowled by Nicola Carey for 8 runs off 21 balls ,WA are now 9/163 in the 41^st over .Shay Manolini is the incoming batter ,unfortunately 4 balls later it was Chloe Ainsworth that was making her way back to the pavilion after being caught and bowled off the bowling of Lauren Smith for a well made 40 runs of her 54 balls ,WA are 10/167 all out. Chloe Ainsworth was the stand out batter getting her 40 runs ,the Tassie Tigers bowling attack all shared in the wicket haul .

                            Tasmania Tigers played well to take the win by 52 runs and the points from Western Australia.
