           The English and South African teams have come to the WACA here in Perth.WA to compete in the 2020 ICC T20 Womens World Cup ,Captains Heather Knight and Dane van Niekerk made their way out to the centre for the toss ,it was the Sth African skipper Dan van Kiekerk that called it and sent the English into bat.Coming out to open for the English are keeper Amy Jones and Danni Wyatt ,opening bowlers for the Sth African team are Nonkululeko Mlaba and Marizanne Kapp .The two opening batters started well with Amy Jones attacking the bowling ,in the third over the English were 0/25 with Amy Jones getting 23 runs ,unfortunately Amy Jones played a shot and was out caught of the bowling off Marizanne Kapp ,the English are 1/25 in the fourth over .Natalie Sciver is the incoming batter to join Danni Wyatt who also played at a ball and was caught off the bowling of Ayabonga Khaka for 2 runs ,England are now 2/26,the next batter to make her way out to the centre is English skipper Heather Knight ,this partnership lasted for 4 overs before the English skipper played at a ball from Dane van Niekerk and was out caught for  6 runs ,the English are now 3/43.Fran Wilson is the next batter to the crease to join Nat Sciver ,over the next 6 overs this pair added 29 runs to the total before Fran Wilson was out caught off the bowling of Dane van Niekerk for 14 runs,the English are now 4/72.Katherine Brunt is the next batter to make her way out to the crease to join Nat Sciver ,over the next 3 overs this partnership added 32 much needed runs ,but then Katherine Brunt was out caught going after a ball from Shabnim Ismail for 9 runs ,England are now 5/104 .The next batter to join Nat Sciver is Tammy Beaumont ,this pair only added 5 runs before Nat Sciver was cleaned bowled for for a well made 50 runs by Ayabonga Khaka,England are now 6/109,the next batter to make her way out is Lauren Winfield-Hill  unfortunately this partnership only lasted for 6 runs before Lauren Winfield-Hill was out caught of the bowling off Ayabonga Ahaka for 1 run ,England are now 7/115 in the nineteenth over .Sophie Eccelstone is the new batter to come to the crease ,this partnership only lasted for 4 runs before Tammy Beaumount went down the wicket to play a ball and missed and was given out LBW off the of Marizanne Kapp for 9 runs ,England are now 8/119 with 3 balls remaining in the innings ,Anya Shrubsole is the next batter to take centre ,this partnership added 4 runs to the total to be 123 runs of the 20 overs .Natalie Sciver was the stand out batter for the English making 50 ,while Amy jones contributed with a quick 23 runs .The pick of the Sth African bowlers Ayabonga Khaka picking up 3 wickets while Marizanne Kapp and Dane van Kiekerk each got 2 wickets a piece ,Shabnim Ismail picked up 1 wicket.

      The Sth African openers Lizelle Lee and Dane van Niekerk came to the centre chasing 124 runs to win ,opening bowlers for England are Anya Schrubsole and Katherine Brunt  .The opening batters didn’t get away to a great start with Lizell Lee getting caught of the bowling of Anya Schrubsole for 4 runs ,the Sth Africans are now 1/6,Marizane Kapp is the incoming batter to partner Dane van Niekerk ,this partnership added 84 runs in 13 overs ,unfortunately it came to an end when Marizanne Kapp spooned a ball back to the bowler and was out caught and bowled of Sarah Glenn for 38 runs ,Sth Africa are now 2/90.The incoming batter is Chloe Tryon who came out to join Dane van Niekerk unfortunately Dane van Niekerk was caught of a ball from Sophie Ecceslstone  for a well made 46 runs ,the Sth Aficans are now 3/90 in the seventeenth over .The next batter to the crease is Mignon du Preez ,this partnership added 25 runs to the total before Chloe Tryone was out after being cleaned bowled by Sophie Eccelstone for 12 runs ,the Sth Africans are now 4/115 in the nineteenth over ,the incoming batter is Sune Luus who joined Mignon du Preez to get the Sth Africans over the line ,Mignon du Preez remained 15 runs not out while Sune Luus was on 1 run not out ,Dane van Niekerk and Marizane Kapp where the stand out batters with Dane getting 46 runs while Marizane got 38 runs .The stand out bowler for the English was Sophie Eccelstone who picked up 2 wickets while Sarah Glenn and Anya Schrubsole each picked up a wicket a piece.
