           The 2 skippers Moise Henriques and Sam Whiteman made their way to the centre for the toss and it was NSW that called it and as the wicket had a green tinge about it, NSW decided to bowl and take advantage of it. Coming out to open for WA was Josh Philippe and Sam Fanning while the new ball was thrown to Jackson Bird and Ben Dwarshuis .After 5 over’s WA was 0/15 ,then Sam Fanning played at a  ball and was out caught off the bowling of Ben Dwarshuis for 4 runs off his 18 balls ,WA are now 1/15 .The next batter to the crease is Cameron Bancroft ,unfortunately this partnership only lasted 4 balls before the pitch claimed another wicket, it was Josh Philippe that was heading back to the pavilion after being caught off the bowling of Jack Edwards for 6 runs of 23 balls ,WA are now 2/15 .WA skipper Sam Whiteman is the new batter to the crease ,facing up to Jack Edwards and was cleaned bowled for Duck ,WA are now 3/15 and in trouble .The next batter to the crease is Hilton Cartwright and together with Cam Bancroft took the total to 67 before  Cameron Bancroft was out caught off the bowling of Jack Edwards for 32 runs off 53 balls ,WA are now 4/67 .The new batter to the crease is D’Arcy Short ,this partnership added 12 runs to the total before Hilton Cartwright was out bowled off the bowling of Tanveer Sangha for 23 runs off 42 balls, WA are now 5/79 in the 24th over .Ashton Agar is the new batter to the crease ,this pair added 10 runs to the total before Ashton Agar went caught + bowled off the bowling of Chris Green for 5 runs of 9 balls ,WA are now 6/89 and in deep trouble .The new batter to the crease is Cameron Gannon who faced up to Chris Green and was out caught for a Duck ,WA are now 7/89 , AJ Tye is the incoming Batter who with D’Arcy Short took the total to 158 before D’Arcy Short was out caught off the bowling of Will Salzmann for 47 runs off 53 balls ,WA are now 8/158 in the 37th over. Jason Behrendorff is the next batter to the crease but this partnership was short lived as Andrew Tye was out caught off the bowling of Will Salzmann for 31 runs off 25 balls ,WA are now 9/159.Coming out to the crease is Liam Haskett  ,this partnership added just 2 runs before Liam Haskett was out caught off the bowling of Will Salzmann for 2 runs ,Western Australia are all out for 161 runs off 39.1 over’s. The best of the WA batters were D’Arcy Short hitting 47 runs while Cameron Bancroft (32 ),Hilton Cartwright (23) + Andrew Tye hitting 31 runs ,the better of the NSW bowlers were Jack Edwards and Will Salzmann each picking up 3 wickets a piece while Chris Green (2),with Sangha and Dwarshuis getting a wicket a piece .

            The 2 NSW openers Daniel Hughes and Jack Edwards made their way to the crease to face up to WA opening bowlers Jason Behrendorf and Cameron Gannon ,the partnership started off slowly and then in the 3 rd over it was Jack Edwards that was cleaned bowled by Cameron Gannon for 4 runs off 14 balls ,NSW are 1/8 .Blake Macdonald is the incoming batter and together with Daniel Hughes took the total to 19 before Blake Macdonald was making his way back to the pavilion after being caught off the bowling of Cameron Gannon for 7 runs off 10 balls ,NSW are now 2/19 .The new batter to the crease is the skipper Moises Henriques and this partnership over the next 7 over’s added 41 runs before the skipper Moises Henriques was out cleaned bowled for 17 runs off 17 balls from the bowling of Andrew Tye ,NSW are now  3/60 .The next batter to the crease is Ollie Davies ,this partnership added 67 runs to the total before Oliver Davies played at a shot and was out caught off the bowling of Ashton Agar for 38 runs off 34 balls ,NSW  are now 4/127 .Matthew Gilkes is the incoming batter to join Daniel Hughes ,this partnership added just 4 runs before Daniel Hughes was out caught of the bowling of AJTye for a well made 52 runs off 83 balls ,NSW are 5/131 ,The new batter to the crease is Chris Green ,this partnership took the NSW Blues over the line to finish up with 163 runs in 32.3 over’s beating Western Australia by 5 wickets with 17 over’s remaining ,The better batters for NSW are Daniel Hughes hitting 52 runs and Oliver Davies getting 38 runs , the best of the WA bowlers were Cameron Gannon and Andrew Tye picking up 2 wickets a piece .
