         Australia and the South African Women’s Test teams came to the WACA for the Commbank West Test ,the skippers Laura Wolvaardt and Alyssa Healy made their way out to the centre for the coin test ,it was the Aussie skipper Alyssa Healy that called it and elected to bowl .Coming out to open the batting for the South Africans is Laura Wolvaardt and Anneke Bosch while the Aussie opening bowlers Kim Garth and Darcie Brown toiled in the heat ,in the second over it was Darcie Brown that drew first blood getting Anneke Bosch caught behind for a Duck ,the South Africans are now 1/ 2 .Coming out to take centre is Sune Luus ,this partnership only lasted for 3 balls before Laura Wolvaardt was out caught by Beth Mooney off the bowling of Darcie Brown for 4 runs off 13 balls ,the South Africans are now 2/5 .Tazmin Brits is the new batter to the crease and over the next 12 over’s this partnership added 28 runs to take the total to 33 ,unfortunately Tazmin Brits went lbw for 5 runs off 48 balls off the bowling of Annabel Sutherland .The South Africans are now 3/33 in the 15 th over , Delmi Tucker is the batter to the crease ,she faced up to Annabel Sutherland and was out cleaned bowled for a duck ,the Sth Africans are now 4/33 .Chloe Tryon is the next batter to the crease  this partnership only added 8 runs before Sune Luus was out caught by Sophie Molineux off the bowling of Annabel Sutherland for 26 runs of 45 balls , Sth Africa are now 5/41 and in deep trouble .Nadine De Klerk is the next batter to take centre ,5 balls later and it was Nadine De Klerk who was making her way back to the pavilion after being caught by Beth Mooney off the bowling of Tahlia McGrath for 5 runs off 5 balls ,the Sth Africans are now 6/46 .The next batter to the crease is Sinalo Jafta ,this partnership added 4 runs before Sinalo Jafta was out caught behind off the bowling of Tahlia McGrath for a Duck, the Sth Africans are now 7/50 .Nonkululeko Mlaba is the next batter to the crease ,this partnership over the next 4 balls saw Chloe Tryon caught by the big blonde bomber Ellyse Perry off the bowling of Darcie Brown for 5 runs off 17 balls ,Sth Africa are now 8/50 and in serious trouble .Masabata Klaas is the next batter to take centre ,this partnership added 7 runs to the total before Nonkululeko Mlaba was out caught by Tahlia McGrath off the bowling of Darcie Brown for 6 runs of 9 balls , Sth Africa are now 9/57 .The next batter to the crease is Ayanda Hlubi  together with the partnership it added 12 runs to the total before Ayanda Hlubi was out caught clean bowled off the bowling of Darcie Brown. In this innings the better of the Australian bowlers was Darcie Brown taking 5 for 21 runs off her 9.2 over’s, Annabel Sutherland (3) and Tahlia McGrath (2).For the Sth Africans Tazmin Brits got 26 runs off 45 balls.

   Coming out to open the batting for Australia is Beth Mooney and Phoebe Litchfield ,the new ball for Sth Africa was thrown to Masabata Klaas and Ayanda Hlubi ,it was Masabata Klaas that bowled to Phoebe Litchfield and had her caught by Anneke Bosch for 4 runs off 6 balls, the Aussies are now 1/6.The next batter to the crease is Ellyse Perry ,this partnership added 6 runs before Ellyse Perry was out caught by Sinalo Jafta  off the bowling of Masabata Klaas  for 3 runs off 6 balls ,the Aussies are now 2/12 in the 4^th over .The next batter to the crease is Tahlia McGrath who 4 balls later was heading back to the pavilion after being caught by Sinalo Jafta off the bowling of Masabata Klaas  for a Duck ,The Aussies are now 3/12 and in trouble ,the next batter to the crease is the Aussie skipper Aylssa Healy and over the next 30 over’s this partnership added 155 much needed runs ,unfortunately Beth Mooney played at a ball from Nadine De Klerk and was out caught for 78 runs off her 109 balls faced ,the Aussies are now 4/167 .The new batter to the crease is Annabel Sutherland who with Alyssa Healy added 82 runs to the total before the skipper Alyssa Healy who was on 99 runs was out c + b by Delmi Tucker ,the Aussies are now 5/249 . Ashleigh Gardner is the next batter to take centre who with Annabel Sutherland took the total to 393 runs before Ashleigh Gardner who went lbw to Nadine De Klerk for a well made 65 runs off 130 balls faced .The Aussies are now 6/393 in the 93 rd over ,the next batter to the crease is Sophie Molineux  and together with Annabel Sutherland took the total to 479 runs ,unfortunately it was Sophie Molineux that was heading back to the pavilion after being cleaned bowled by Chloe Tryon for 33 runs ,Australia are 7/479 .The next batter to the crease is Kim Garth who with Annabel Sutherland took the total to 541 runs ,Annabel Sutherland faced up to a ball from Chloe Tryon and was out caught by Anneke Bosch for well made 210 runs off 256 balls faced ,the Aussies are now 8/541.The new batter to the crease is Alana King  this partnership added 34 runs to the total before Alana King was out cleaned bowled by Chloe Tryon after making 8 runs off 9 balls ,the Aussie skipper Alyssa Healy came out and declared at 575 runs, the Aussies 9/575.In this  innings it was Annabel Sutherland that batted really well to get 210 runs off her 256 balls faced ,the skipper Alyssa Healy was out of luck not to get her 100 after being  C +B for 99 runs , Beth Mooney also had a great knock of getting 78 runs off 109 balls faced ,followed by Ashleigh Gardiner (65),Sophie Molineux (33) and Kim Garth remaining 49 runs not out. The better of the Sth African bowlers was Masabata Klaas and Chloe Tryon each picking up 3 wickets a piece, while Nadine De Klerk (2) and Delmi Tucker (1).

  Needing 499 runs to avoid getting beaten outright Laura Wolvaardt and Anneke Bosch came out to open in the Sth Africans second innings. Unfortunately on the last ball of the first over it was Anneke Bosch that was out caught off the bowling of Kim Garth for a Duck, Sth Africa are now 1/1.Its not the start that Sth Africa were looking for. The new batter to the crease Sune Luus ,this partnership added 8 runs to the total before Sune Luus was out  caught by Phoebe Litchfield for 5 runs off 24 balls faced ,the Sth Africans are now 2/9. Tazmin Brits is the next batter to the crease , 4 runs later it was the skipper Laura Wolvaardt that was heading back to the pavilion after being caught behind off the bowling of Darcie Brown for 8 runs off 17 balls ,the Sth Africans are 3/13.Delmi Tucker is the next batter to the crease and this partnership added 96 much needed runs to the total, but unfortunately it was Tazmin Brits that was out caught off the bowling of Ellyse Perry for 31 runs off 127 balls faced ,the Sth Africans are now 4/109 . Chloe Tryon is the next batter to the crease ,this partnership added 47 runs to the total before Delmi Tucker was out caught and bowled off the bowling  of Ashleigh Gardner for 64 runs off 181 balls faced ,Sth Africa are now 5/156 , Nadine De Klerk is the next batter to take centre ,10 balls later it was Nadine De Klerk that was heading back to the pavilion after being caught off the bowling of Ashleigh Gradiner for a Duck ,the Sth Africans are now 6/160 .Sinalo Jafta is the incoming batter who with Chloe Tryon added 21 runs  to the total ,unfortunately it was Sinalo Jafta that was walking back to the pavilion after being cleaned bowled by Darcie Brown for 9 runs off 39 balls faced ,Sth Africa are now 7/181 and in deep trouble needing 318  runs to avoid an outright defeat . Nonkululeko Mlaba is the next batter to the crease ,this partnership added 32 runs to the total before Chloe Tryon was out cleaned bowled by Annabel Sutherland for a well made 64 runs off 153 balls faced ,the Sth Africans  are now 8/213. Masabata Klaas is the incoming batter unfortunately this partnership only added 1 run before Nonkululeko Mlaba was out caught behind off the bowling of Annabel Sutherland for 15 runs of 25 balls ,Sth Africa are now 9/214, Ayanda Hlubi is the next batter to take centre  ,2 runs later it was Ayanda Hlubi that was out caught and bowled by Alana King  for a Duck ,the South African team are all out for 215b off 97.2 over’s .Australia win by an innings and 284 runs .The better batters for Sth Africa are Delmi Tucker and Chloe Tryone that each got 64 runs a piece ,while Tazmin Brits hit 31 runs ,the better bowlers for Australia are Kim Garth, Darcie Brown , Ashleigh Gardner and Annabel Sutherland all picking up 2 wickets a piece ,Ellyse Perry (1) and Alana King (1).
