The Melbourne Renegades and the Sydney Sixes came to Lilac Hill for their match ,the captains Ellyse Perry and Sophie Molineux made their way to the centre for the batflip ,it was Ellyse Perry that called and sent the Renegades into bat. The Sydney Sixers openers Alyssa Healy and Ellyse Perry made their way out to the crease with Renegade opening bowlers Sophie Molineux and Ella Hayward ,on the last ball of the first over Alyssa Healy was cleaned bowled by Sophie Molineux for 1 run ,the Sixers are now 1 /2 ,Ashleigh Gardner is the next batter to join Ellyse Perry at the crease ,this partnership lasted 2 over’s before Ashleigh Gardner was run out for 9 runs ,the Sixers are now 2/12,the new batter to come out is Nicole Bolton and for 5 overs this pair added 32 runs to the total before Ellyse Perry was out caught off the bowling of Ella Hayward for 28 runs ,the Sixers are now 3/44.
